In 2010 I decided to move away from being yet another rod builder simply building rods on generic blanks to produce a rod no different to many others apart from the logo and the components. I wanted to offer customers a product that was as good as anything in the world and exclusive to AtomSix. The first blanks are now in production and I'm extremely happy with them. They are manufactured using a blend of ultra high modulus and ultra high strength carbon. We also use a circumferential cross wrap inter-ply to increase hoop strength and an advanced resin reinforcement system. Finally they are cured using Autoclave Technology. No other trout rod in the world currently uses all these technologies. What they produce is one of the most advanced blanks available. The result is a fly rod with awesome recovery rates due to the resistance of the blank to ovaling under strain, the superior structure of the carbon at molecular level from autoclave curing and an incredible increase in strength that comes from the resin reinforcement system being used to its optimum.

Their performance is stunning! Generate higher line speeds with less effort. However, don't take my word for it....give one a try.
